Go to the Google App store and search for COPECO. The App is free to download. We're also working on an app for iOS as you read this.


Once you open the App on your smartphone, register yourself. Log in to the system using USER ID & Password received on SMS. You will land on order page where you can see your location and RED pointers on the map. They are the locations of various vendors registered on our portal providing various services. Choose the service you would like to order from the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen. A notification will go to all the related vendors within the radius of 3 kms of your location. One who is more efficient will accept your request and will call you for more about your requirement. Enter your exact requirement along with a schedule that works best for you. The service provider will then arrive at your home and fix the issue. Our team might also call you before the visit.

You need to ensure that you've signed in with your login credentials that were used to place the orders to see them in the app. All orders that you place with us are tied to the mobile number that you provide at the time of registration.

In Pune city, minor repairs are performed at your house. However, if needed, the device will be picked up from your premises, of course with due permission. After proper inspection, vendor will send job card containing the price of components which are required to be repaired or replaced. After your approval it will take 12 to 24 working hours depending upon the magnitude of repairs.


There are two kind of charges- Visiting charge and Inspection charge. If the device is not repairable, a minimal visit charge of Rs. 350/- will be applicable. However, the Inspection charge is only applicable if the device is repairable and you decide NOT to go ahead with the repair, after inspection. Inspection charges will be decided by the vendor.


After inspection, a quote is provided to you. Owing to the variations in services offered , it is not possible for us to share the cost upfront, without one of our service provider inspecting the device first.


All our service vendors are within 3 km radius of your location


Warranty or guarantee on parts are offered as described on the material’s bill and is provided by the manufacturer of a particular component. COPECO do not provide any warranty on the material or component. Please insist on a material bill from the service provider, in case of external material charges. Regarding service, there is a 7 days warranty, such that if a problem of the same nature reoccurs, our services will be free of cost.

We are currently present in Pune presently. We're expanding our team rapidly and chances are that we will soon commence operations in your city.


We only bring in professional vendors who have been recommended and certified by experts. We conduct interviews, check referrals, licenses, and do background checks on each and every service provider. Only those professionals who pass our strict onboarding process are allowed to work with COPECO. All professionals are also required to complete an assessment test to verify their qualifications.



All of our service providers have passed through a vigorous assessment and certification process. In the unlikely event of our team damaging something. However, we advise someone from your family member be at home when our service provider comes to your home.


You can register a cancellation of the service requested. You can track the location of all our service providers using the COPECO App on your phone. This would let you know how far the service provider is from the customer’s home.


We at COPECO understand that your time is valuable and are always striving to limit the time spent by service providers at your home. However the agents are trained to update you if the job might take longer than expected. Please do expect a buffer of half an hour more or less than the stated time to complete the task.



All supplies would be purchased by the service provider after consulting with you. He will send job card to you online mentioning all the supplies if required. After your approval only he will fit those supplies to your item. A bill would be provided for all the purchases made by the service provider.


Yes, you have to register on our site before any service request. However, you do not have to worry about unnecessary calls or messages from us. We have a strict policy against that practice.


After each service is completed, our customers are asked to rate the service on different parameters and judge the overall satisfaction of the service. You would also be allowed to rate a provider based on some parameters through our app if the service was requested from the app.

The most convenient way is to repeat a job from the 'My Orders' screen of our Android app. You could also book it as a new booking from our website.

You can now opt to pay using online payment options including credit card, debit card and net banking. However, we would recommend the wallet mode of payment. You could choose to pay us by cash also after the service.


Of course, you can. Just select the 'Cash' tab and select the checkbox in the payment screen. Then you can pay to our associate who will visit you with your repaired device.


All the COPECO Money that you've earned along with your wallet balance would enable the wallet payment. Keep an eye out to know the ways to earn COPECO Money!


Payment option is shown only in the case of an order where the total price of the order is known. For services that either need an inspection or have a variable pricing, the payment option will not be available as the final amount of the order is yet to be determined. We're working on a solution to allow payment after the job


We work with certified and experienced partners in managing your confidential information including saved cards among others. Your information is saved in an encrypted form and information sent over secure channels. Your information is therefore safe and secure.


Yes, you can. We will send the link on which you can pay online after the service is completed.
